Personalised new baby birth details sign

Our new personalised birth details sign is now available to make the perfect gift for a newborn. 

This unique sign makes an ideal keepsake for a child and also can be used as a newborn baby announcement.

The standard design will have 3 signs. The first sign has space for a name and initial. The second sign has space for a date of birth. The third sign has space for time and weight at birth. We can alter this so please write exactly what you would like in the personalisation box.
